We are very happy with our experience with Nuwave and John Walden. Learned alot from talking with John, he made the extra effort to help and inform us. Ended up getting a much better boat for the same money I would of paid for a lesser quality boat. Process was quick and hassle free. Was a pleasure dealing with all the folks at Nuwave. Just bought A new Mercury Avator 35E remote motor and all the hook ups/Cables/Controller/Batteries/Display, etc., and Nu Wave Marine was super helpful. Marc was especially helpful with a couple of part change outs returns, etc. I would highly recommend!
Besides a small used bass boat this was my first real boat buying experience. John Walden the salesman and Ken Borrelli the owner eased my mind and dealt patiently with me and I bought a great boat at a great price. They have taken care of my boat for 2 years now and a can’t rave enough about how well the service has been!! I had extensive work done on my I/O trim unit as well of overall maintenance. Service has been outstanding.!! I feel at home with the staff and prefer to take my boat to them over the Marina in Somers point that I dock in the summer. Had an issue with shipping and customer service. Received a call from Marc saying that he would make it right and he did. Overnighted the parts to me so I could complete my engine. It’s easy to make mistakes, it’s harder to make it right and Marc did that showing me his dedication to his customers. Thanks Marc.
I was assisted by John on my purchase of a custom bunk trailer. Between his help with the process, getting it done in 2 days, and the professionalism and knowledge of his staff, I will easily drive 1.5 hours there again for anything maritime related. Highly recommend!!!!!
